ecomo内オーガニックレストランploufのシェフとパティシエによる
オーガニックなスイーツ＆料理教室♪



＜料理教室　11:00～13:00＞
＊＊料金：3,500円＊＊
教室後、教わった料理の入ったランチプレートをブッフェ＋ランチドリンクと共に試食。


10月13日（火）「秋の基本のストック野菜（根菜編）」
　　　このストック野菜を常備しておくと、炒り豆腐や春巻きなど…何にでも使えます！
　　　料理のバリエーションがとっても広がります。


10月27日（火）「万能！きのこソース」
　　　醤油をベースにしたきのこソースは、“秋”を感じることのできるソース。
　　　ploufシェフのレシピは、きのこの旨味がより引き立ちます！

教室後、コーヒーor紅茶と一緒に試食。


10月 6日（火）「かぼちゃのプリンとかぼちゃのモンブラン」
　　　秋のあまーいかぼちゃ使って、スイーツを！
　　　心が和む優しい味わいは、この時期だから食べることの出来る美味しさ。
