明治から続くお味噌のプロ
「井上糀店」さんから教わる、本格味噌作り。
実はとっても簡単?!

大豆レボリューションに参加し、
12月に神奈川在来の大豆の収穫を行いました。
味噌作りはその集大成！
是非、みんなで一緒にecomoのお味噌を作りましょう！

作ったお味噌はお持ち帰りいただけませんが、
ご自宅で作っていただけるよう、
手前味噌キッドの販売も行います♪
