♪百合根クリームのブッシュドノエル♪

卵・乳製品・小麦粉・ベーキングパウダー・重曹を使わずに作る「ブッシュドノエル」のコツやポイントをお伝えします。

アレルギーのお子さんをお持ちのお母さんやご自身がアレルギー体質の方はもちろん、興味があったり、知り合いに教えてあげたい！という方などたくさんの方々にお伝えしたいと思っています。

デモンストレーションの後に、薬膳茶を飲みながらゆっくりと試食をしていただき、その間、アレルギーに対する薬膳のお話や、食事の大切さをお伝えできればと思っています。
お土産に、小さな米粉の焼き菓子をお持ち帰りいただきます（実習はありません）。
